The past month has been pretty crazy, I've done more training than just about ever. The only time even close was while I was in Florida during Christmas. Here is what the last few weeks of training looked like: March 7-13 18 hours - 263 miles March 14-20 20 hours - 310 miles March 21-27 21 hours - 317 miles This past week I got to go motor pacing with my dad. It was hard! I think things are coming together well (endurance, speed work and etc) for the season. If training keeps going well I should be kicking butt in no time.
