People Under the Stairs has just laid another sweet album called
Stepfather. It has been four years since their last and it's welcome. If any of you like smooth, funky fresh hip-hop check it. If you are wondering what they sound like think of a west coast version of
A Tribe Called Quest, mixed with old school funk like
Commadores or
Earth, Wind and Fire, while smoking a bowl. I think that description is about right....At any rate check it out for youself.
